so how the IPO game played/performed- DEPEND ON THE IPO company , NOT Donald TRUMP , NOT retailers & what not

Before knocking the opening GONG - they have decided to start trading at what price ( may even RED ) , to push up , OR to LET it be ( even down to RED / nearing Limit Down ) and support at certain price level ...basically the IPO GAME was set by them edi .....

BTW .....today's ICENT is a CHAMPION IPO since March 2025
