If u said JB Custom condo which able to walking to Custom then the answer is YES, still got people buying, do you know why, because Most Malaysian Worker is Single PR, cant buy house in SG, and their work place is near Custom or they have car pool straight go inside the Singapore near their work place.
but only those project walkable to Custom still got people buy, if the condo not able to walk to Custom the Condo is Very Very hard to sell
for certain project is 500k or 600k Foreigner can buy, but those Foreigner are very rich, they just Cash Buy and put there as Holiday home.
For me 2 Cent, if want invest in JB property, either you buying Landed near 2nd Link or Mature Area, or buy Condo Near CIQ. only this 2 can buy, other than that DONT BUY
