5-6 years back I think it was the right time to go into this particular area (when the launch of Twin Tower Residence & Veranda Residence, the chinese developer back then is also selling at a ridiculous price as well lol).I personally think the market there is FOMO now. Delusional price. For that psf why not get something equal or maybe even cheaper in KL with better rental return?

To me, that real golden-ticket ship has sailed since 2022. Now it's all FOMO. Whoever entry at a wrong price now, will be a cut-throat loss in 5 to 10 years time. But it's good to know by then maybe we could have some good deal or fetch some lelongs mega_shok.gif
