I mean, the house is only single phase, even if we installed 3 phases, we will still be using single phase unless we rewire the whole house.

As a result, the other 2 phases (together with 1 existing phase) can only be used for EV.

If the power is balanced between 3 phases (like charging EV), we don' need neutral.

If not balanced, will get poor power factor, and will be fined by TNB?????
