I never know but this is my first time and I am sharing with everyone.

If you are sending parcel and you think the parcel is valuable, please use video to record upon you reach the service drop off point and record it that you are handling the parcel until you have dropped off and request the service point to scan it immediately.

This is very useful to prove that you have handed over as the proof to claim i the parcel has lost.

Why must do this? Because the stupid courier company requested me to get CCTV footage from the service point to prove that I have handed over. How stupid is this if the parcel was scanned afterwards by the PIC and can be seen from the tracking system that the parcel has been received by the service point.

They are the one who should request for the footage and not me.

I think the courier company just want to taichi the problem back to you. Since need to get CCTV footage from service point, need to file police report first?

Yes, definitely need. I don't think the service point will provide me on my request. Who am I?

The question is, the courier co asked me to get footage to prove. Like you said, they are just taichi.

Tracking shows the parcel has been received by service point and why must I get CCTV to prove? I really cant tahan how people never use their brain.

They are investigating the issue and once I got the confirmation, i will tell.

What I can say is, all procedures are terbalik. They sendiri salah and asked customer to get the cctv from the service point to prove so, so they can "start" to investigate. You think this is proper?

Service point and courier company are same company?

Service point's system already showed they received it. Maybe report police possibly stolen by them due to this?

This is really a kek point. They said it is under licensing agreement and not belonging to the courier co and they can't request cctv footage from them.

Yes, tracking shows has been received, but still they asked for cctv. U see stupid or not.

In short, they were implying that the service point is not under their control and you sendiri yg drop off there and you sendiri need to deal with them to get the cctv footage to prove so. The second thing is: The system has shown the service point has received it. Why should I go to prove that I walked in to drop off?

Exactly. I don't think the service point can provide cctv to anyone except for police or the HQ for investigation.

Yes, once they have done the investigation, I will file the police report.

If you have the receipt and airwaybill number in their system it is considered under their responsibility already.

I'm not sure if you are using JoJo's service or not but they are famous for "missing" Package. They can smell valuables just by shaking your box.

Yes, system has shown received by service point and it is now shown as "departed from facility". I suspected after I made complaint, someone has "made" something.

Why don't they track the parcel, there's tracking number on the parcel, the courier should investigate and solve the problem
