Maybe he already decided enrol for ToU and his electric usage can fully maximise off peak periods between 10pm to 2pm next day

Anyway, I'm still unclear about ToU. Let others use it first or at least more info available.
If base on off peak period timing, me mostly use more during this period of time.
With few tweaks of habits of starting washing machine, boiling drinking water plus taking hot bath, beside aircon usage to take advantage of it.

How they will calculate Solar NEM? After final bill then only deduct ?

yes,max pun a little of 300kwh only
that one bill is rm80-90
most of the time around less than rm70.
