Need to take account Chinese are meritocracy based meanwhile Malays are religiously based. Different situation but this is what make Malaysia diverse and rich in cultural.

If want 100% meritocracy, singapore is better choice. But it comes with huge stress. High stress environment = push one's limit.

Survival of the fittest. But in Malaysia, dont really need to be fittest to cari makan.
