Despite the positive retail sales figures, the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) acknowledges persistent economic challenges, including a slump in domestic consumption, a property sector debt crisis, and falling commercial property prices, indicating continued consumer caution.

THey can buy all their cheap stuff online but domestic consumption slump means public and/or private sector not consuming. Meaning no increase in raw material purchase and capital expenditure by industry. No new trucks being added for freight folks, no new machines for factories

Household consumption can only carry so much

They will still flood here for their survival
