If u dun mind second hand, i think u can get ur hands on TEIN SS adjustable for around RM1.2K. Service cost about 180/shock if i'm not mistaken. That should set u about 1.8-2K. New 1 cost 3.8K. This is the best so far that i've tested on. Comfort of a stock standard car, performance of a mid-high end setup.

Unfortunately i dun think there's a way to avoid this unless we drive smart lo.. I always try to overtake as soon as i see i'm coming too near. Else jus stay back.. =)

It's called stabalizer link. This will only normally make noise when u passby uneven terrain such as roads with stones or spoild roads. Normally can last for 1 - 1 half years after every installation, recommend to change in pair, both front and back oso have this. And this will affect ur body roll also. My suspension now is having another problem, when i turn the wheel it have sounds from the spring, cos i change the spring and the spring head and my abs cover not really ngam. When i turn my steering sure got sound, sien sial..

I'm getting myself a new FD2 also. Cant stand my 4G18 which i fix and pay for the loan which ammount to almost 1.5K permonth. My loan is 600, fixing and other stuff up to 900 permonth almost every month for the past 6 months. Cannot tahan anymore and decide to get a new civic instead.

The most expensive 1 would be the big mounting near ur gearbox. I changed my few months back @ RM160. Original OEM 1. Not so sure about the full package. Normally only the big 1 near gearbox is faulty, the rest is ok 1, dun get mislead by mech. =) Good luck. Try changing 1 by 1. Change the big 1 1st.

RM385 is cheap dude. I got mine fix in Johor for almost RM600. -.-" Kena chop kao kao. I was in the middle of Singapore highway when my radiator jus burst.. Then i had to stop almost 10 times before i could reach Msia customa and go to my mech to change it. And i didnt go to work that day becos of my stupid car. Anyway, i'm letting him go by end of this year. Cant stand repairin an 6 years old hot mama anymore, most prolly getting a FD2 as a replacement

You dun have to. You jus have to pump full tank, drive like normal for like 1 full tank than the car will auto detect all the settings automatically again. My experience. No point wasting another RM30 to retune the ECU.

Wrong perception. IF the ROM is "gone" u wont even be able to start ur car. It's like unplugging ur ECU from the car. How on earth are u going to start ur engine if there's nothing controlling all the electronics? Tiok bo? =)

It's not "gone" it jus reset itself back to default with no maximum error parameter. Drive for like 300KM then it will relearn all the maximum error parameter.

No, it means if u rev kao kao for few day , ur gear box will change gear at lower RPM if it detect u're pressing the accelerator faster. Means ur car wont be that laggy.
