The iPhone 13 is taken care of extremely well. No dent or scratch or water or heat damage whatsoever. Just earlier today, saw a green vertical line at the far left edge of the screen.

I recall reading somewhere in the past that they do free screen replacements even when out of warranty, if their checks show there is no damage. Is this still the case?

Try to go apple store. If lucky they will replace it for free.

Has anybody done it recently? Don’t want to waste my time if the program is no longer available.

last time my housemate got free screen replacement from apple store trx for his ip13 pro max due to green screen issue

is ur housemate one still under warranty (like got purchase the Apple warranty)? Or just walk-in to trx and ask them to inspect and get free replacement?


as this morning I open my backup 13PM, and it got the green line also at the far right edge. Normally I open once or twice for checking purpose since it is a backup.

Hopefully it is a software issue as this phone been idle for almost a year in my drawer.
