As a conlusion, you cannot entrust the lives of people into the hands of poor (mentally & financially) people. Poor ppl have family issues everyday, fighting with bini, never pay rent on time kena chase by landlord. All these adds to their mental stress

Thats why airline pilots are highly paid. Because they know that they are professionals entrusted with safeguarding the lives of many

Thats why doctors are highly paid, because they are entrusted with the lives of their patients
Hiring poor ppl to drive buses is the same as asking a poor person to take your 1m cash to the bank
For me, i will never entrust my life to someone who is poor
