pilot paid like a boss, made sure they are well rested yet still got mass casualty, nobody gives a fuarkk, nobody actually imposes any legislations on the pilot fraternity. everyone blames on boeing. but why nobody ever put on thinking cap, pilot are supposed to be able to maneuver a manual plane. nowadays all the advanced tech is there to help them, but if all the advanced systems shut down, they should still be able to land it like how the wright brothers did. if all the pilot can do is to rely on autopilot , might as well just let pilot school to be 1 month of microsoft flight simulator.

meanwhile we choose to pay peanuts to people who work round the clock more than 24 hours, they ask for some mercy or long overdue pay raise, everyone says theyre lazy and greedy. if one small mistake, everyone say sue till pants drop. then all the SOP has to be tightened, making it worse for the people who are still hanging on in the system

and how come nobody go knock on the pilot cabin and ask to takeover since they had hours of microsoft flight simulator experience and theyve watched many episodes of air crash investigation but some sohai who come and say hi i want this because i googled it 1 min ago and it says what youve done is wrong.
