I got relative complain the opposite house was used to house 20 illegal immigrants. The local boss so gangster, said go ahead and report to authorities. True enough, even when the perbandaran came, they said no issue. Then the illegal foreigners threw rubbish and gave middle finger to my relatives.

But one fine day, the illegal immigrant park the car on one of the side lanes in front of the house that so happened to belong to someone with ex high position in gov, and arrogantly told the person to f off.

That same night 3am, 10 police car came and hauled all of the immigrants to jail.

The laws are there. The enforcement people orang kito is not working. Either lazy, or just getting bribe to overlook everything.

License holder rent out license to operator is common in this country, is rent seeking, a product of nep. The bus operator could rent licence from another licence holder.

The responsible party is the driver not the bus operator. Punishing the operator will not reduce accident.
