Kill 15 people, just get permit revoked.
Next week, get another partner, start new company again.
Why no jail time for them?

Should ask all the bus companies to upload all GPS data to a government website or something. If really check, later find out very few actually switch it on dogbert_chew liked this post

QUOTE(keyser soze @ Jun 11 2025, 05:31 PM) not the company, you close 1 company the boss can open back another. Blacklist the directors. If can jail the director even better. Even Nga Kor Ming got balls to blacklist those developers and directors that didn't complete the condo. If government got implement and check the company maybe those kids won't die. After die only found out they rent out permit and close GPS data. So many life lose just to close 1 company, the boss behind tomorrow can open back another new company and start killing people again. Nga Kor Ming, the Minister of Housing and Local Government, announced that the ministry is blacklisting 109 developers and their directors for failing to comply with housing regulations. The ministry aims to prevent these developers from forming new entities to circumvent the blacklisting and to protect homebuyers' interests. dogbert_chew liked this post

QUOTE(ZeroSOFInfinity @ Jun 11 2025, 05:19 PM) ministry will develop a centralised database of bus drivers through Apad to address driver negligence more comprehensively. So many died then this bloody common sense action.“Any driver with a prior record can be blacklisted through this system,” he said, adding that it would serve as a key reference for companies looking to hire drivers. Need another 20-50 deaths before bus company directors blacklisted from forming other companies overnight. |

Need to do something like airplanes. All buses need to register with APAD for example and monitored live like a control tower in real time. Each bus will have an indicator that light up like a taxi when on the move. This way, gomen will know where each buses went. Those not picking up passengers will display No Service in red so cops and the public won't catch them. Once live, the bus will display a green signage with the word, In Service. This indicates the bus is monitored live with APAD. Any buses without any green or red signage will be stopped by the JPJ or PDRM. No excuses for not installing GPS and seatbelts. No exemptions! Old or new must install or scrap. This way, operators who wanted to be in the business will need to comply. If not, they can tutup kedai for good. Safety is not a game of chicken and luck. "when asked for the GPSdata, it wasn't activated "..
ni salah siapa? bus company or enforcement? or both?... it's like saying there's a law, but no one followed the requirements.. if this is true, then how about all GPS data when the vehicles come for inspection.. are regulations followed or wink wink?.. |
