and i was arguing about your statement that shopee wont allow return unless got evidence, which they dont.

not actually. spx run by different entity although also by shopee as the big brand.
if we successfully proved our innocence, shopee will bear all the shipping fee for return both ways.
in that case, most likely shopee will be paying to spx lol. dont forget most of the return they get part timer or freelancer to delivery/pickup for them which will cost them too.

not really. as a 10+years seller in shopee, i know well of their modus operandi.
someone bought my products and claim it was a fake. instead of asking me to show proof, they allow buyer to return first.
when i got the return, i dispute back with proof. u know what shopee did? ask me to resell the item and they will waived all the cost incurred in the transaction lol.
i supposed now is better since no more "change of mind" instead of "return in original condition/sealed pack" but they can make bogus claims easily.
some item with seal one sometimes shopee will ask us to send back to buyer lol but most of the time just ask us to suck it up.

if using shopee voucher, sometimes it is alot cheaper than buying from retail store
