no problem on my end so far. clocked in 95,000km *touchwood*

but this 2nd gen honda hybrid i-dcd does have one issue though: the DCT dry gearbox failure, although the failure rate is very minimum.

root cause: frequent creeping during heavy traffic jem causing clutch pack to slip, akin to MT
another cause: DCT actuator oil never replace every 10,000km or 20,000km, depend on usage <-- this is not explicitly mentioned in Honda malaysia manual though.

to drive this car need advanced knowledge, especially to understand DCT driving characteristics & hybrid battery system functions.

best if you can join malaysia honda city i-dcd hybrid FB group to learn & share knowledge together.

This condition is so common in overseas . And usually easily diagnosed via the engine sound.

tabiat UMW berzaman dan berkurun sama. Sales tak baik baru tambah balik sikit2

will damage the gb as in will come out error saying: "Transmission Error. Please park at sideways" and you can only drive forward on max 1st gear with weird mechanical grinding noise, cannot reverse.
