Get a garden hose, make sure high pressure a bit not budak kencing power, unscrew your sink exit pipe underneath nearest the wall and put the hose down the outlet. Turn on water and flush out debris. Expect a lot of dirty water to splash back when you unscrew the outlet have a water basin on standby.
