i just want to tear down the metal pagar in my house front and side and replace it with wall. Maybe make the gate entrance bigger as well so 2 cars can drive in.

contractor said i need to go MBSJ submit a form for renovating to get permit, need my signature so i must go.

when i reach there they said i need to get an architect to handle all the paperwork including the design.

so whos right?


is there no other way other than getting architect?
