I choose the 1st option. let POS handle. last status from POS is "hi we are still waiting from customs ya". maybe Hari Raya Haji holiday season, so things are slower. this is a lot slower than I have expected.

this evening, got a whatsapp message from POS. finally got the quote to pay. it is basically telling me to go to POS website and use the chatbot, which will then lead to a payment gateway from KIPLE (first time heard of this company). the message says after payment, POS will deliver my item in 3-5 days. it doesn't even tell me to update them after I have made payment.
