Yeah, unfortunately Laos Cambodia Myanmar is the stumbling block in ASEAN. In 2016 when China lost the case in international UNCLOS tribunal ASEAN supposed to release joint statement support the decision, Malaysia foreign ministry actually released adi, then Cambodia want to retract.
