prc contractors have been working here for quite sometime. they work from 8am to 8pm, 30 minutes lunch, no tea break, 30% cheaper and 30% faster than locals.

Due to red tapes, various fine and penalty. prc are encouraged not to register company locally but operate off record.

Prc contractors entering the market is similar to indon contractor many years ago. The difference is prc contractor are more highly skilled. Local contractors could no longer demand for high price.
