This is something you build up gradually over the years.

You cannot be a douchebag vacant parent for 1, 3, 5, 10 years and expect all of a sudden for the kid to listen to you like a flick of a switch.

Giving them devices is obviously a stopgap solution, but does nothing in the long run except instilling the belief in them that if they continue being little shits, they will get what they want.

/edit kids are also a little ball of immense energy. If you don’t do anything with them the whole day and expect them to be calm and sit down nicely, that won’t work.
As a parent, you need to know your own kids’ energy level and activity them accordingly (because overtired kids are also another problem in itself).

With stress and deep desire for baby,
If calculated correctly, we trying to conceive around 1 year+ since the wedding night.

Damn, so its really not easy to get baby even if constantly shoot inside. 1year+ is very long.

While many youngster who don't want baby will get baby on their first shotgun.

Dryper WeeWee Dry & Tape Diapers : RM30 (average price) x (had 2pack x 12months = 24) = RM720
Aptamil Step 1 & 2 Formula Milk = RM75 (average price) x (had 3pack x 12months = 36) = RM2700 (Tried many brands, can’t pass stool, ended up with Aptamil, will try to change brand Anmum Gold Step 3, if he suits with it)
Bottle/stroller/toy = RM800
Shirt/Other = RM300
About total RM12k after 1 year.
In fact, only bought few new shirt/toys, many are given by my siblings.
Those diapers, milk, other things were discounted from Shopee/Lazada, luckily can get vouchers, like RM75-30 = RM 45-50 sometime on those promotion days.

I see some people won’t sharing this, but the Angpao offset most of the spending, about RM6000~7000 postnatal/full moon, keep for the baby for RM1500+ CNY, birthday RM1200+, special days RM50+

Would not, sometime my baby boy plays with it and snacks. If the material is plastic/ceramic, likely broken already.

Surprisingly not yet, only 2 times pee out slowly when changing diaper when the days/times of taking care of him.

True /k stay solo with no kids.

1) don’t give ur baby media too early- phone ipads etc is crap their development

2) over expensive brands are unnecessary- except for parent bragging rights- like ralph lauren pj/ and shirts

3) the only thing worth investing is A SUPER EXPENSIVE AND LIGHT STROLLER-

Very convenient- i bring it to japan and paris - life saver-

Don’t feed ur child milo / process food / don’t cultivate ur child of overly love - and turn into a fatass- fat kids are low in confidence and sad to look at when they grow older-
