i saw someone today, paying grocery with phone....becoz sezs can....

person tried around 5 times, while queue building up.....unhappy with cashier system...complain machine rosak....then pay with CC

next person went pay.....use phone as well....payment went through.

apa salah?...machine salah, orang salah or tak nak akui salah walaupun memang pattern salah?...

i fast fast pay my grocery with CC, becoz my phone not spesial like those people, and left the queue.....

Pavilion used paper tickets because they wanted all the parking revenue for themselves instead of going to TnG or banks.

They accept pay with CC and TnG ewallet, just you need to pay at the self serve kiosk/ via online website provided …but still to exit need to put the ticket ya …

Enter take ticket > self serve payment (cash/cc/ewallet) > Insert ticket at exit

KLCC system is this way 5 years ago before MCO, now ticketless …

But anyway it is up to their management which process they like to use … few thousands people flock Pav BJ every day only this particular individual having problem … so is user problem for sure …
