Walking or running is the easiest cheapest form of exercise. Cheapskate obese Malaysians would improve their lives significantly just by walking more.

Rain water helps cooling down the body, and let you run longer.

I love running in rain because it feels so cool and refreshing but I easily develop blisters due to soaking wet feet in socks for long period of time

Must make distinction between running and jogging first else everyone here will assume jogging = running. 😂😂. LSD runs are not taxing but very time consuming; you need to dedicate at least 2 hours for it, excluding warm up, warm down, stretching and post run recovery hence high commitment required. The moment I married still ok but with kids LSD gone liao. These days only max 10k tempo runs. If lucky can sneak in 12k but that's it
