Apple trade-in is the most straightforward one compared to other resellers who nitpick everything to the finest details. If you don’t get a discount for buying from a reseller, I really don’t see the point of trading in with them too.

wonder if bought accessories from reseller are cover by apple 14 days exchange policy

Guess what after the trade-in completed, that gift card is kinda refunded back to me and I got an email for gift card this afternoon which I thought was a glitch. I checked my emails again then I saw Apple sent me a gift card of the same value I used earlier for 17PM. When I purchased the 17PM, my credit card was already charged with the amount after offset with the gift card.

So double gift cards from Apple? Is this happening to you too?

I’m not complaining if it’s free money though then I can use it to buy an iPhone 17 for my mom.

I just threw away the physical gift card two days ago so I cannot validate if the PIN is the same but the last 4 digits of the online gift card number is different from the one I used earlier to buy 17PM. I tried applying this new PIN and it works, I can apply it.

Apparently, Apple will first refund back to my gift card and the balance to my credit card. Meaning to say I will only get 2350 refunded back to my credit card as my gift card is 1150. This is absolutely nonsense. I will end up with endless loop of gift card refund if I keep trading in my phone and use a gift card.

Anyone encountered this kind of issue before? which got two active eSIMs which SIM A is lion city one has free roaming data for bolehland and is the default line for both voice and data.

While SIM B is celcomdigi kuning line which auto roaming is turned on including data roaming but the line is now in grace period no active plan but got line one.

Then whenever leaving bolehland and arrive in lion city, the SIM B will automatically be turned off and the message below is shown.

What is the cause of this?

sometime when i manually turn off SIM B when I am back to Sg, iOS will help me turn off sim A and turn on sim B, quite annoying.

ic. damn irritating this so called 'new' feature.

it does not provide any benefit but simply create hassle for me. 

i need to turn on my bolehland SIM everytime when i arrived in lion city.
