Which model you ordered and branch location? My PO was done on 12 Sept for 17PM 1TB orange from TRX. Received SMS on Sunday saying delayed again from Oct 7 onwards

Your Ultra Hybrid T - how's the camera button cover? Is it still sensitive? Cause i saw review saying that it just a layer of plastic which kinda 50% work

I got the 15 PM from maxis last time and it has scratches at the bottom, went to apple CS online ..all the way to their highest level manager, countless calls and emails...finally he say he would love to replace for me but maxis is third party so they couldn't, he hinted that if buy from authorized reseller its an easy exchange, just an email and its done....the scratches were obvious and bad too, so I pledged not to buy from maxis/telco anymore...

How's the defect? Can share pics?

Can complain to KPDNKK I think. Item defective. But I guess this is standard procedure for all telco and also authorized resellers like Switch and Machines.

Next time maybe need to video the entire unboxing as evidence.

My bro faced the same problem, has a very minor cosmetic defect on the body (actually you won’t see it if you don’t look closely). We asked for replacement unit, Maxis said can but they will have to first return the device to their HQ and join the waiting list again (in a month). They claimed they can’t give us another replacement unit on the spot as all customer are linked to the IMEI of the phone. This is Maxis in TRX.

We asked about the warranty by Apple, Apple Store apparently doesn’t cover very minor cosmetic defect. So, the only way is to return to Maxis and they’ll issue us another unit, but have to wait… (we took the unit in the end).

What defect at the glass? Scratches? Or dust?

Can share some pic? Maybe got some special solution to remove the smudge? (alcohol or something) If yes then will be good.

You mean the back glass having smudge that can’t be clean off?
