Based on previous experience shared by others, it is not that good. The stocks arrived late compared to other dealers. Usually, people pre-order with them for the extra warranty, I never tried before with them though.

I always use eSIM when I travel, been using it for my Europe, China, Taiwan and Japan trip. I bought from Shopee and the sellers will send QR code, scan it to my phone first and activate when I reach my destination.
eSIM is a Godsend compared to physical SIMs.

I don’t like the back tbh but I like the Cosmic Orange.

Not too sure if Switch offers better trade-in value which most likely yes but I heard a lot of bad stories where they are being nitpicking to the finest details and deduct the value quite significantly.

I will stick to Apple Store this time for the trade-in as I have an unused gift card.

I traded-in my 15 Pro Max to Apple last year. Luckily, Apple didn’t require any accessories. So, I just gave the phone. Still keeping the box and cable.

You key in everything when pre-order including choose the date for your old phone pickup. You have 7 days to do it I’m not mistaken. Then, wait for your new phone to arrive. Transfer data to new phone and enjoy! Reset your old phone as well.

When the day of pick up arrives, you will receive a SMS and the courier will contact you. Mine was Pos Malaysia. He brought a box for me and I just passed the phone to him. No need box and cable. Just the phone will do.

Sit back and relax now. Wait for Apple to receive back your phone to inspect the condition etc. and will credit back the money to your credit card.

Last year, RHB and HLB had issues with trade-in credit, Apple already refunded the money but the processor was not able to do it. How did I know? I was one of them.
