Actually the phone has been returned to Maxis since 6th October after they processed the request for replacement.

They say 25 days max waiting time, so i will contact them again soon enough. If still cannot get, i'll try to get a refund and go Apple TRX.

Plenty, only silver pro max is somewhat limited.

Edit: looks like Apple TRX restocked silver pro max, but blue and orange pro max are unavailable, except 2TB blue pro max.
