Hahah. I think I spent a whole solid hour in Switch picking the accessories. When they show me the sample tech woven case, I touch it and was immediately sold. 
The hardest part was deciding on which colour to go with. All of the colours look so good!
Yea I had that issue too earlier in the afternoon. Tried it again now and it works fine.
Waah. Which outlet was it? Probably the staff themselves not very sure or their T&C not that consistent.
At first I pick two non-Apple casings to make up RM200+, then the girl scanned and told me it's only for one accessory cause she cannot scan another one during check out. So I had to pick out something that was more than RM200. The sales girl that attended to me told me I could get any Apple or non-Apple accessory or powerbank, even normal priced AirTags if I wanted to.

But that was also at 9am today, maybe they changed their T&C after that.   
I tried my luck and walked in this morning to Sunway Pyramid. There was maybe about 12 people max in the walk in queue before the shop opened at 8am. But the ready stock was very very limited, especially for Pro Max.

My pre-order was around 8.30pm with Apple store on first day and it says it's being shipped today, arriving Monday. Hopefully yours will be soon
