1) Yes there is overtrade but, they will lowball you first, after including the overtrade amount, then the trade in value is just same like Apple online, the staff told me my battery health matters too. WTH?
2) they are allowing pre-order on website but clueless on when the stock will arrive, i thought the least you could do is stop taking orders first?
