In Singapore, numerous jobs don't require SPM certification. Entry-level positions in various sectors, including hospitality, retail, and customer service, are often open to those without SPM. Additionally, jobs like data entry, warehouse assistant, and delivery driver can also be secured without formal qualifications. Some employers may prioritize practical skills and experience over academic qualifications.

I know somebody without cert, work in singapore various low skill jobs.

The survey talks about private education graduate.

TS change to all sinkie graduates. Jeli also no need like that....

https://www.ssg.gov.sg/resources/pei/pei-ge...rvey-2023-2024/

private education = external degree, not from the 5 universities in sinkieland.

What is wrong about Malaysians having no sense of shame?

Look at mahathir mohamad rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif

Less than 5% vote, ranked 4th out of 5 candidates and lost election deposit together with all the members of party he founded.

Still walk around and talk about leadership bangwall.gif bangwall.gif bangwall.gif

Anybody been to his house?

Does his house has mirrors?

In bolehland the difference may not be that stark but in sinkieland, private degree vs local uni degree vs foreign degree can affect job prospect quite a lot. the more complex jobs, the focus on getting the right candidate is even higher.

In some industries, its protected to the extent that only selected uni grad can get job eg doctors, lawyers. Get LLB from UOL, tak pakeh.

that's why private education graduates less likely for full time jobs than local unis.

comparing sg to bolehland = comparing meritocracy vs non meritocracy.
Hence sg public uni grad more companies want to hire.
Also bolehland depend on cable to get job.
