SC actually have a few options on hand for customer like you to choose, BUT the farking SA (and SCmgmt in general) has a sales target to achieve. How to achieve the sale target？ Well, just push for the most expensive (read: fully synthetic oil) and unnecessary options (read: wiper fluid, fuel injection cleaner, engine oil treatment etc etc) to jack up the grand total of the final bill
