yes when u wan claim warranty, they will ask for ur service booklet... if ur service tak cantik (didnt service when mileage reach) or didnt service at sc, they can reject ur claim.. they can say is outside workshop spoil the car, not the car problem... then can even say because u didnt use genuine engine oil from the sc, thus car break down.. this will be chicken n egg story... i oledi asked at sc, even u wan do radio wiring at outside within warranty period, whole warranty for radio all void...
