My R&D say keep the foreskin, when my 12cm fully erect no loose skin, wall can still feel the friction. When flaccid the skin are still behind the head shrinking, maciam telescopic mushroom, hhnngghh, my only concern not to cut it is because the veins thick and thin wiring to sensory head, blood flow retains. Naiisee.
