doctor said i got mild phimosis

sometimes foreskin cannot fully retract automatically to reveal the glan during erection, need to retract manually, can feel some tightness in the skin

when temperature is cold, didi is flaccid, its hard to retract the foreskin, when pee, this could be a problem because the pee stain would remain in the folded foreskin and smelly and kinda irritate the foreskin if the pee is yellowish thick, except i stimulate it to erect a bit before going for a pee

went to HE Medical clinic for consultation, their stapler method costs 2200 above, and if want to "adjust" the frenulum, that procedure costs additional 1000+


i checked online and Mr GPT said circimcusion is not necessary for this, i still can train the foreskin to be loosen by peeling it down daily as an exercise

this case, doc should say not necessary for the circumcision

be honest la. RM3000 is not the problem. It's you finding reasons to chicken out from the procedure.

go for second opinion and see if it's actually necessary.

is it causing you any discomfort when erect or when the foreskin is peeling?

try using lube and oil to assist you in peeling, see if any improvement in 2 weeks.

personally i clean up by at least washing the glans after pee. weird yes but i think it's better than having urine leftover on our peeners.

last time had an acquaintance their phimosis is completely unable to see their glans and painful/uncomfortable when trying to peel, this really need to potong or professional advice.

should go with small klinik that do sunat alot, better experience than general surgeon in hospital.

As far as I know, no need circumcision, doctor can just make a vertical cut so that the opening is now bigger. This should be way cheaper.

Got quoted for RM600. Done in normal clinic, but the doctor is a general surgeon from KKM hospital.

RM3k is quite a lot for this minor procedure. those doctors really cut throat pricing, or in this case, cut bird pricing.

That is call dorsal slit. While workable, the outcome is very ugly.

i would suggest, go for circumcision bro.stapler is expensive, but i bet u can get cheaper price at other clinic. ask around
i also would suggest for you to consider clamp technique. cheaper n cosmetically nice also
