Open clinic is a professional business. Of course, it is different than say opening a roadside foodstall. You hardly hear of clinics closed down due to financial difficulties in countries with strict requirements to become a doctor, but in Malaysia, to ensure racial equality, the standard has to be reduced.
What you see now is the price that had to be paid for not adopting meritocracy; either you have high-quality healthcare, or you pass every mediocre student who shouldn't be a doctor in the first place if the meritocracy system is followed.
