The increase in number of doctors and pharmacist is not due to the sudden increase of intelligent and hardworking students.

This increase is due to the sudden increase of universities offering medical programmes because it's highly demanded by the richer class.

Unker only want to see doctors coming from UM, UKM, USM and Singapore. The rest , Unker not very confident. Unker came from the era when only those who went through HSC and STPM became doctors. They are now the hard core consultants which really can stood the test of time

Nowadays, many rich pathways to become a doctor such as IGCSE, IB , Matriculation etc...Unker very scared... Unker is paying the same... Unker want the best doctors.... Don't want rich siow kia around
