For a clinic to depend on meds sale to survive is stupid. Clinics can never match economy of scale of pharmacies.

Of course we need to cater their every cry and whine. If they run business, we have to make sure they are rich and can change BMW every year. We have to pay whatever charge they put on their services and meds. They cannot be subjected to any laws, especially those protecting consumer interests.
