Im reading if u want longer life u better walk or exercise those legs, esp older folks… sekali kaki lemah, prone to falls n patah kaki… sekali patah kaki … quality of life down d drain n for older folks ….x joke!

Ive a kolik whose wife = housewife, stay home only… never exercise…… now 45yo x boleh naik tangga sendiri… nak husband help… belum warga tua lagi dah liketat…

Necessity plus availability of pavements.
My own experience: walking 2000+ steps in KL is more tiring than walking 3000+ steps in Singapore.

Malaysians would rather exercise those delicate fingers flipping phone rather than walking

That's why u see so many babi around with their 9 months pregnant belly.
