QUOTE(countingcrows @ May 23 2025, 03:23 PM) Malaysia hot lar. That's the problem. Walk 10 mins out in the sun at noon. Shirt drenched in sweat. 😆 Singapore is also hot, and actually more humid than Klang Valley, but it's at number 9 of the most active walkers list.

QUOTE(countingcrows @ May 24 2025, 11:03 AM) Out of necessity I suppose. Majority have to? use the MRT or bus to get around. I'm sure there'd be many who would rather drive and walk less but it's not financially feasible. But anyway, we should walk more. I'm all for that. Whether, its outside or on a treadmill indoors... Necessity plus availability of pavements. My own experience: walking 2000+ steps in KL is more tiring than walking 3000+ steps in Singapore.
