The origins of university education came from that of Communism/Socialism modeled after the Frankfurt School system.

Every country's university education is used to empower their own ketuanans so that other countries cannot call them bodo or uneducated for running their industries. They will not care if the person is really gifted in the trade or skill or not but the money lure.

In the end it's whether the society accepts who they want to place in power and control over their economies.

At this rate people will start questioning our medical industry's reputation and quality.

So it is a chain reaction of why non birthrate lower because all money only enough for 1-2 children for further education.

Worst thing is, after graduate, local salary is too low especially for those graduate from oversea... so might as well looking for job oversea and migrate eventually. None % will continue to drop.
