One of my friend shared that his current 15 year old 20x70 terrace house can no longer accommodate his wife, mother, 3 daughters & a maid so they decided to buy a new RM1.3mil cluster house down the road. Each daughter need their own room he said. Will get the key to the new house in 2 years time

I always had a thought to move into more affluent neighbourhood to brush shoulder with the elites - but very lazy dy having stay put at current house for 17 years

When was the last time you move house and for what reason?

Some people enjoy that. Can expand network. Open up more opportunities

I moved house because old house flooded

I move becoz neighbor is gila.
Finally found my peace n calm.
Will not move again, house getting very expensive

Brushing shoulder with the elites is very beneficial. I have different neighbours that are in business, politics and high level management in corporate sector, which I ended up receiving huge benefits from such networks

Yupe fully aware. What sort of benefits did you get?

nearer to work place.
nearer to kids school.
nearer to relative just in case got emergency

4 years stayed in a condo, 5 years in a 20x70 terrace and now 4 years so far in a semid fully G&G.

Move when got married, 2 kids and when kids got bigger

Move from 16x70 house to 20x80..

Now no need to park my 2nd car outside

Last move 14yrs ago

Next move in couple months

Last move to a bigger house 8 years ago, cause want to adopt 2 shepherd dogs.
