no.. retire at 60… to date, all these so call head of departments, keep adding so many procedures yet the system is so slow..
need young dynamic leaders to think outside the box!..
all these so call, hold so many positions, honestly do they have time to perform well..
all these KPI, real or for show?..
by 60, if they still want to work, go to the private sector and show their skills..
so limit to 60, limit number of positions to hold, set KPI and reward on that basis
