QUOTE(CoffeeDude @ May 20 2025, 05:04 PM) last point especially if youre not a picky eater and can eat same thing for daysfew examples below for balanced no frills eater Meal 1 - Spaghetti bolognese, each 500gm pasta can feed you 2-4 meals depending if youre big/small eater. just cook it with minced meat, carrots, onions, celery etc. very economical Meal 2 - chicken rice, throw 2 cups of rice, seasoning and chopped half a chicken inside rice cooker. cook till done then prepare side vege/salad for fibre. ez pz Meal 3 - stir fry protein + vege + rice. just pick any protein of your choice around 100-200gm, marinate in whatever seasoning you like. stir fry them with whatever leafy vege you like like spinach, brocolli, carrots etc. cook 1-2 cup rice in rice cooker and voila. another ez pz each of these meal can feed you over 1-2 days worth of meals |

Cook your own food daily, save you freaking a lot of money, especially if there are many mouths to feed.
Because nowadays most food sellers want to get rich quickly, much worse is they use flavors and other shait instead of sticking to real herbs and spice. |

I am talking about those individual hawkers without staff at food court etc.Because nowadays most food sellers want to get rich quickly, much worse is they use flavors and other shait instead of sticking to real herbs and spice. |
