My guess the school started the change for new batch but don't wanna trouble the current batch so those will carry on w their usual uniform

for SK SMK.......got persatuan/kelab uniform like pengawas, librarian, bimbingan rakan sebaya.....etc
like my son's skool, some student wear different color uniform depends on their jawatan.
