Use your power as a consumer. You don't like that mall, bring your business elsewhere. I went there once and would never return again.
Don't blame the mall management staff on this. They can't do anything.
They are too many dinosaur in top management that thinks customer & staff feedback are useless for them
You see how many ghost mall nowadays. Without customers, they are nothing.
