Expansion doesn’t count as it just existing companies expanding their existing business. Only companies new to Malaysia. Nobody is giving credits to PuAS when Rohm Wako put RM900million in Kelantan few years back. It is just an expansion, normal part of the business.

Somehow the things announced during Najib's time (and to a certain degree, Mahathir 2.0's time) came to fruition in PMX's term.

In fact, don’t bother give credit to anyone for existing companies’ expansion when there is no actual change of policy, because it is natural for companies to expand if they are comfortable, even in Kelantan (again, Rohm Wako).
