Like what the actual fuck? asking you what do you do in your free time? What do I obsessed with? Oh and you will need do a test, just an hour so we can steal your ideas. It's not even a technical position. Are they high or something? I have never seen someone asked what's their previous boss shortcoming. I dont even have words anymore.
