Old enough. I know this phenomena is not new and just want to call out bullshit practices like this. Create an account, fill in all your work history which already been on the CV, fill in more useless info and in the end to either get ghosted or lowball. And company complaint NOBODY wants to work anymore.

We should not let them get away with bullshit practices like what this company show. It's not even the internet big Four or some prestige company like Apple, Amazon, or any famous tech company. It's a bloody local company. They just need someone desperate enough to fill all this and lowball the candidate wages to death. Imagine asking stupid question like where is your supervisor now and will you willing to arrange a call with the supervisor etc, just like what parisiansky said, they want to hire me or my supervisor?

What happened to a simple submit your cv, get a phone call, get interviewed and voila you get the job. Man I missed the good old time. Everyone should get a decent shot and a fair chance to get an interview and not be tortured by whatever this is. If its management level or super high pay then I still can understand. It's just a normal job with normal pay.

God i agree with you and hope the economy fucking crash or any reset coming to end of this bullshit. Fuck all of these greedy assholes and fuck capitalism.
