My pren bought industrial land from old factory nearby Klang turn it into temporary storage for shipping container .
Rm80 per sqft ...less than 44k sqft ..he say price now can fetch rm200 psf.

For plantation ,oil palm fruit fluctuate a lot ...this month may break 700 new low ...
U can tahan 2.5 years without any income for new oil palm plantation or not ??? Land in my area cost more than 110k / acre with good road accessibility..

those who accumulated enough land in the 70/80s sure laughing now cause it only cost less than 10k for 6 acre compared to no less than 600k in today price ..
